    RENEWABLE ENERGY AND NET METERING (FIRST AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2022.

    These Regulations shall apply to all the new Grid Interactive Renewable Energy Systems, consumers, prosumers, captive consumers, captive generating plants, generating companies, distribution licensees and obligated entities, in the matter of Determination of Tariff of Renewable Energy, Net Metering, Banking, Generation Based Incentives and related matters.
